Before you start, have you got the info to answer these questions? Having it handy will help speed up your application. Oh, and make sure you’ve read the Code of Practice for Location Filming in London, which includes statuary filming requirements for shoots in the city.

Have you had a nosey at our locations library? Once you’re set on a location, make sure you’ve got the name or the link to the location handy to help us process your application

correct information

We’ll need you to have the production company’s number and address, copies of insurance documents, and details of your accounts team (if there is a fee to be paid)

timings

You'll need to let us know when you’re looking to film and how long you plan on sticking around for so we can check the availability and rates of all of our locations

need to know

Tell us about the equipment being used, how many people will make up you cast and crew, and the style filming that’ll take place – particularly if there are any complex sets
