We’ve been established for over 30 years and are proud to provide a huge range of soft drinks, beers, wines, spirits, champagnes and more.

We are LBBD’s first nonprofit restaurant serving South East Asian food in the Borough. We also run our food bank in Barking so that no food is wasted and all profits are invested back to our food bank to sustain our food bank.

Our ‘More than just a meal’ motto means that every meal you purchase from us helps us feed a less fortunate family, individual or homeless in the Borough on a daily basis.

We are the borough’s preferred caterer and have the experience in hospitality.

Fortunately, we are humbled by receiving three awards in three consecutive years for our dedication to providing good nutritious food to those in need.

We received late Queen’s Volunteers award MBE in 2022, Our Director, Nighat Bhola received her British Empire Medal in 2023 and in 2024 we were awarded the Islam Channel Community Business of the Year award. We serve approximately 1200 people in need a week through our open fridge in Barking.

We have provided accommodation to the film crew in the past years at our hotel and we do have parking facility in the hotel , we also have an in house food option.

Kromanti Rum is an award-winning libation, honouring the true spirit of Island life with its authentic mix of Caribbean fruits, herbs and spices. Firstly, a Tamarind spiced rum infused with nutmeg, cinnamon, and tamarind! Equal parts fruity and tangy, it makes for an incredibly smooth botanical.
The newest addition to the Kromanti family is our plantain-infused rum. The plantain is naturally and laboriously infused via dehydration for maximum flavour. It is semi ripe, resulting in beautifully smooth and balanced rum. The base has a blend of two year old and three year-old Venezuelan rums, along with a sugar cane juice rum from Dominican Republic which is responsible for some grassier, lighter notes.
